2010 Education Queensland International Holiday Programs

Please be advised that the dates for the 2010 Education Queensland International Holiday Programs are:

Outback Safari 2 to 10 April 2010 - registrations close 5 February 2010 18 September to 3 October 2010 - registrations close 24 July 2010

Cairns Holiday Program 27 June to 2 July 2010 - registrations close 30 April 2010 19 to 24 September 2010 - registrations close 25 July 2010

Sydney Holiday Program 3 to 8 July 2010 - registrations close 5 May 2010 26 September to 1 October 2010 - registrations close 1 August 2010

East Cost Safari - Sydney to Cairns 18 to 30 September 2010 - registrations close 24 July 2010 Southern Safari 27 November to 10 December 2010 - registrations close 2 October 2010 Prices for all tours taking place in 2010 are still being finalised.

Students located in regional areas (Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton etc) are required to make their own way to the departure destination. For example, if a student is participating in the Southern Safari which departs from Brisbane and they are situated in Cairns, they are required to fly to Brisbane on the day of departure and arrive prior to the nominated departure time. This flight is an extra cost that is incurred by the student and it is not included in the advertised price.

However if a student in Cairns (or another regional area) wishes to participate in the Sydney holiday program, they have the option of flying directly from Cairns to Sydney at the commencement of the tour and then Sydney to Cairns at the completion of the tour. If a student selects this option they will be charged the "non flight price" for the holiday program. Student's who are located in Cairns who are participating in the Cairns Holiday Program will be charged the non-flight price.
